Initial Consultation: US$400 (In Person)
Telehealth Visit: US$200
Follow Up Visit: US$200
We are Out-of-Network with Aetna, Florida Blue (BCBS) and United Healthcare [PPO plans Only]. So additional charges may apply depending on your plan’s out-of-network benefits. Please check with your insurance prior to your visit.
