Professional Fees

  • Our fees are designed to be as straightforward as possible, so patients are never surprised with a medical bill from our office.
  • These fees are applicable to patients who are not on Medicare.
  • We accept all major credit cards, check, cash, health savings account (HSA) and flexible spending accounts(FSA).
  • We can provide a “super bill” so you can submit the claim to your insurance.
  • We offer 20% discount if the patient has Military | Healthcare | Police | Firefighter | Teacher background.
